The Best Way To Lose Stomach Fat

When you think of diets you think of something you do for a few days or weeks. So maybe I didn’t name this blog right. It’s not diets that help you lose stomach fat. It’s eating the right foods that will melt away your stomach fat.

Think about this…..

Pretty much everything you and everyone else eats is the very reason you have stomach fat. Look around you. Are most people fat or skinny? They’re fat.

Now that’s the part you actually see. The part you don’t see is they’re even sicker than they look (and you are too). I know this is a big claim to make but stick with me.

Grocery stores and Restaurants don’t want their food to go bad after 2 or 3 days because they’d go out of business. So the food makers make food that can sit on their shelves for months (even years) without going bad. that’s good for business but bad for you and I.

When they make food that can sit on the self it’s no good anymore. It won’t do you and I any good to eat it. But we do.

That’s why we have fat stomachs.

The very best way to lose weight is to eat lots ( and I mean a lot more than you might ever think) of fruits and veggies. Have some meat once in a while and seriously consider juicing your foods for most of your meals.

I know this sounds like a radical change in your eating but that’s the only way you’ll see radical results.
